Just some quick detail shots of my girls on this long weekend. But check back soon… another GIVEAWAY will be coming up this week. It’ll be different than the last, but pet owners will love it! First up, Chloe relaxing in her usual frog-legged style…

For photo folks… all the grain is due to the images being shot last night at ISO 3200.

And Lucy. Look at that messy, messy beard. And to think that she just got a bath 2 days ago. She’s a wreck…

  • Christy - I love the frog-legs. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Kev and I came home from dinner to find a sweet orange cat outside, meowing up a storm. Apparently he had hatched a sneaky plan to escape our neighbor’s house, but was not too happy to find himself locked outside with no one home to let him in. Since he’s an inside cat, we were worried about leaving him so we captured him and took him in. He spent a few hours in our spare bedroom and as everyone knows… you enter our house, you’re fair game for my camera…

  • Sarah - awww. he is so cute. hopefully he wasnt traumatized by Chloe ๐Ÿ™‚

  • Naomi (the neighbor) - Thanks for catching Dahe for us April! Great pic! ๐Ÿ™‚

Sarah found my site while browsing for engagement photographers in the Philadelphia area and upon realizing that I specialize in pet photography, she knew we’d work perfectly together. She and her fiancรฉ have a black pug named Maggie that they adore. And, well, let’s just say that I’ve never met a fellow dog lover that I didn’t get along with. Dog people are my kind of folks.ย

Miss Maggie Mae was a perfect model. After our session, Sarah mentioned that she didn’t know her little Maggie was such a superstar! I can make a pretty good guess where she gets it from… Yowza…

Look at this sweet face…

And lastly, my favorite FAVORITE. It’s too sweet for words…

Every woman wants to feel beautiful. Sometimes a little mascara, a dab of lip gloss, or a touch of blush is all it takes. That is the philosophy that founded Touch of Blush, amazing makeup artists that serve the Greater Philadelphia area. I got to meet the women of Touch of Blush while shooting for an article that will soon be published on AroundMainLine. You’ll definitely want to read this, the women talked about hot trends, makeup application tips, and even revealed a few industry secrets! ย

And though their specialty is usually more about enhancing your natural beauty, their expertise also branches out to something a bit more avant-garde. Feathers are all the rage this year, you’ll find them everywhere from fashion to floral displays, and nothing will make more of a statement than these feather lashes…

  • john...of johnwairephoto - HOLY SMOKES! those eyelashes are gonna rip off and fly away. i think i’ve seen it all now ๐Ÿ™‚

  • Christy - Whoa baby!

  • Judy G. - Oh my gosh!!!!!!!!!

As of a month ago, I had never seen an English Cocker Spaniel. Within the past month I have photographed 3 of them! Each looked had completely different coloring and markings, but the same wiggly butt, in your face personality. Saturday I got to meet Lucy and Zoey. I couldn’t help but laugh when the girls jumped up in my lap as soon as I arrived. That must be a good sign…

And a detail shot of my favorite part… the long, curly ears! Iย love how they flop wildly when they run. And I love how the tips get wet from dragging on the damp grass…
