What is cuter than a black pug and a goldendoodle puppy? Not much. Alex wanted to get some photos done of his new puppy, Grady, while he was still tiny. YES please! Grady was only around 11 weeks old during our pet photography session in Rittenhouse Square. And of course we couldn’t leave out Lola, the black pug. Pugs are one of my favorite breeds to photograph… I just can’t get enough of the classic pug head tilt. You’ll see it below!
   Welcome to the new blog for April Ziegler Photography! YAY! Well, it is actually the same blog as before… just with a pretty new makeover. It was time for some freshening up. I’ve been working on this project for the past few months and am thrilled to launch the new look. I had several ideas in my head of things that I wanted to change so I knew that I needed a web designer to help my ideas come to life. Gloria from Antlerberry was so great to work with and I love her clean and modern style. It was important to me that the new site be easy to navigate and find exactly what you’re looking for. So by clicking on one of the three images above titled: couples, babies (families too!), and pets, you will be shown posts that are specific to the category that you choose. I also adore the new Love Notes page, which features real reviews from my past clients (more coming soon!)… It makes my heart happy to see such kind words from the people that I’ve been lucky to photograph. We did baby Luke’s newborn session just before the holidays. There’s something that I love about December babies… What can I say, it’s a magical time of year. But with how hectic things can become that time of year, I’m so happy that Luke’s parent’s took the time to have this time documented for their new baby and their family. And who can resist a baby in a Santa hat? Really?? Luke is also a part of my Grow With Me plan, which means that I will get to photograph as a 6 month old and a 1 year old. I so look forward to capturing these milestones and getting to see just how much these little ones grow within that first year.
I last photographed this family as a family of three. Now that Landon has a little brother, it was time for new photos to document little Jacob turning one year old. Below are a few of their family photos at Longwood Gardens…
