One year old sessions are one of my favorites. It’s such a huge milestone for a child and such a big accomplishment for a parent. I loved shooting Griffin’s first birthday photos… She’s such a happy and expressive little girl with beautiful blue eyes and a contagious smile. I loved seeing how much she had changed from when we did her newborn photos almost a year earlier. This session was also really special since we did it at the same location where her mama did her maternity session and again got to include their dogs… a Yorkie named Zach and a chihuahua named Penny. Oh how things change in a year! Below are some of my favorites from Griffin’s one year session and cake smash!
