One of my clients, Nicole Larocco, is an amazing Philadelphia area dog trainer and owner of Philly Unleashed. (Check out their blog, it’s full of entertaining and really helpful doggy info!). I’ve known Nicole for a few years through the PSPCA and I photographed her sister’s wedding several years ago which you can see HERE! She’s recently engaged and I was thrilled when she contacted me to shoot her engagement session because I knew that two (very well-trained) pups would be involved. Naturally, since dogs are such a big part of our lives, many people want to include their pups in something as meaningful as their engagement session. I think it’s important to choose a photographer that’s familiar with working with dogs, particularly a photographer who has two wild pups of her own, is used to all the crazy things that dogs can do in front of the camera, and who loves them as much as you do.
