Ok, so I missed last week. I have an excuse… You’ll see photos of it soon.

1. Who makes your Thanksgiving dinner?

My Mom. Most certainly not me…
2. What is your favorite recipe the includes pumpkin? (bonus points for including the recipe)

Oh goodness. You should know better than to ask me for a recipe. Kev makes some yummy pumpkin cookies… they come in a bag. Ha.
3. What are 5 things you want for Christmas?

I haven’t even THOUGHT about Christmas yet. My list usually includes some camera gear, books, wine… and though I don’t ask for it, my husband sometimes gets me a gift certificate to my favorite spa for some quality relaxation time. I love him very, very much.
4. Does your family draw names or do you buy for everyone?

Buy for everyone.
5. How do you feel about motorcycles?

I don’t really know how to answer this. I lost my little brother in a motorcycle accident nine years ago. He was 19. So it’s safe to say that I’m not a fan of them.

On another note… how did this week’s questions go from holiday questions to motorcycle questions? Bizarre.
6. What’s your favorite thing to do on a rainy Saturday?

Well, I’m usually shooting on Saturdays and weddings go on rain or shine. But if I’m not shooting, I love to stay in my PJs and catch up on DVR’d shows from the week. Usually while editing…
7. What is the coolest thing to do in your city?

We live in a really small town so while there isn’t much excitement, we do have the Perkiomen trail run right by our house. It’s a beautiful place to bike or walk the pups along the creek, especially this time of year.
8. Do you paint your fingernails?

Never. I’ve never been good at painting inside the lines so painting my nails = big fat mess.
9. Who is your favorite actor over the age of 50?

Kevin Spacey. I kind of love him.
10. Do you have a high school letter jacket?

I don’t.

  • Laura B - April … sorry about your baby brother. I lost my big brother 10 years ago … you never get over it. XO

Yes, I understand that Adrienne + Josh are now married. But I never posted more from their engagement session and I just have to share more of their saucyness…

LOVE. Whole lotta LOVE…

This Saturday, October 30, is the 4th annual PAWS Mutt Strut at FDR Park in Philadelphia. PAWS is Philadelphia’s largest rescue organization and only no-kill shelter. This fabulous event will help raise funds to save Philadelphia’s homeless, abandoned, and unwanted animals. But it gets better. The mutts strut IN COSTUME!! That’s right… They put on their Halloween best, and strut their stuff for the 1.5 mile scenic walk. You want to be a part of this, believe me! I photographed the event last year and it was a complete blast so I am thrilled to join them again this year to capture all the pups on film. You can see a slideshow of last year’s shenanigans by clicking HERE. Have you registered yet? Even if you can’t make it to the Mutt Strut, you can help save lives… I have a fundraising page, where donations can easily be made to PAWS to help Philadelphia’s pups in need:

Your support can really make a difference… Below are ways that any donation can help!

$10: vaccinations for a dog or cat at our clinic
$25: a case of food for a special-needs cat
$50: temporary shelter for a rescued dog
$100: food and medical supplies for a litter of kittens
$250: spay/neuter surgery for 10 pets awaiting adoption

A HUGE thank you to all that donate… And I hope to see you at the event!!
